Information collected

MEDIA AI NETWORK may collect account information, company information, contact details, press release submissions, payment/order metadata, publication results, technical logs, customer-service communications and email preferences needed to operate the service.

Marketing consent

Promotional email consent is optional and is stored separately from account creation. Declining marketing does not prevent a client from opening an account or purchasing services. Transactional communications such as verification codes, payment confirmations, receipts, invoices, security notices and publication reports may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.

Email preferences and suppression

Promotional recipients may unsubscribe at any time. MEDIA AI NETWORK may maintain suppression records for unsubscribes, hard bounces, complaints, legal requests and other deliverability or compliance reasons so those addresses are not accidentally re-added to promotional campaigns.

Service providers

Third-party service providers may process information for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, security and analytics subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
